Yana Koroleva is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who provides support to individuals of all ages. She has experience working with a variety of mental health concerns including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, life transitions, vocational challenges, and other issues.
Yana is an empathetic, warm, and person-centered counselor who fosters acceptance, creates a safe environment, and provides compassionate care tailored to each individuals’ unique needs. She integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Positive Parenting, Solution-Focused therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapy, to support one’s wellbeing. Yana also has experience working with students in school settings, where she provided individual and group counseling to support their academic, social, and emotional wellbeing, and led a self-esteem group for adolescent students.
Additionally, she participated in the vocational rehabilitation program EPRA, where she provided vocational counseling to adults. Yana is EMDR trained and is committed to ongoing professional development. She continues to expand her knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure that she provides effective, personalized, and compassionate support to her clients.
