Anna’s practice is guided by empathy, insight, and an eclectic theoretical approach. She aims to know each client holistically, and to collaborate on a therapeutic journey that is creative, strengths-based, and informed by evidence. Whether working with adults, teens, couples, or families, Anna hopes to offer an expansive therapeutic experience with room for safety and challenge, clarity and contradictions, mind and body.
Anna has many years experience working in the fields of art and education, and brings her passion for creative expression and life-long learning to her work as a therapist
