She/Her/Hers
As a social worker, my practice is rooted in the belief that effective healing and growth requires looking at the bigger picture. I recognize that our well-being is shaped by the environments and systems we live in, and I integrate this broader, holistic perspective into our work together.
My focus is on kids and teens. I’ve spent years specializing in child and adolescent mental health, supporting children, teens, and their families across various settings, including schools and home-based services. Adolescence is a period of intense change, and my priority is offering a genuinely safe, non-judgemental space where teens can feel heard, respected, and truly understood.
My therapeutic style is grounded in strength-based approaches and trauma-informed care. I utilize modalities like psychodynamic theory to understand underlying patterns, Bibliotherapy for insight and connection through books, music, or poetry, and traditional talk therapy to facilitate growth and healing. My focus is always on meeting you and your family exactly where you are.
