She/Her/Hers

I am a therapist in training currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College.

My approach to therapy is informed by mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, with an emphasis on awareness, acceptance, and each person’s unique story. I am interested in how attention to inner experience, including thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, can support self-compassion, clarity, flexibility, and meaningful change over time.

I bring a strong multicultural perspective to my work, shaped by living across cultures and navigating questions of identity, belonging, and transition in my own life. This informs how I hold space with cultural humility and attentiveness to context, values, and lived experience.

Before beginning my clinical training, I worked in a fast-paced startup environment leading an operations team. That experience deepened my understanding of pressure, performance, and burnout, and shaped my interest in working with burnout, stressful life events, and periods of transition.

I view therapy as a holistic, collaborative, and relational process. My aim is to meet those I work with where they are, honor their pace, and support growth, while also allowing room for moments of uncertainty or difficulty with kindness and care.
