She/Her/Hers
I am deeply dedicated to this field and to helping people achieve healing and growth.
I’m passionate about the work I do and genuinely committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I understand that life can be difficult at times, and I’m here to walk alongside you, providing the support and understanding to move forward. As a “people person,” I thrive on connecting with others, listening with empathy, and offering a safe, welcoming space where you can truly feel heard and understood.

Throughout my experience working alongside therapists and psychiatrists, and conducting patient assessments, I’ve built a strong foundation in understanding psychological care. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people with struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics.
I am also Gottman Method certified, and bring evidence-based relational tools into my work with couples and individuals seeking to build trust, strengthen communication, and repair emotional bonds. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the confidence that you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and respect. I am fully invested in your well-being, and together, we’ll work toward growth, well-being, and positive change.
