Chloe aims to create an open and safe space in her sessions, using empathy to meet the client where they are and to accept the whole person entirely. She encourages self-reflection and discovery in her sessions. She is LGBTQIA/poly-affirmative and specializes in life transitions, reproductive health (abortion, infertility, postpartum mood disorders, pregnancy), self-esteem, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, and depression.
Drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic, existential, and mindfulness techniques, Chloe takes an integrative, eclectic approach to work alongside you in the therapeutic relationship. She believes in the power of validation and empathy in session. She also utilizes an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed lens. She feels honored to share space with her clients as they share their untold stories, gain deeper self-reflection, and manifest what is to come. She is excited to work with you to begin a new chapter in your wellbeing, cultivating a healthy relationship to your mind, body, soul, and environment.
She is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Originally from South Florida, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in Government and Sociology. Activism, self-exploration, spirituality are a focal point of Chloe’s past-times. She enjoys reading about those topics, going on walks, teaching herself to sew, and trying all the incredible vegan food Brooklyn has to offer.
